John Olajide
John Olajide is an entrepreneur, investor, care at home innovator, civic leader, global community builder and Philanthropist. He moves easily in all social, political, economic and intellectual circles to build constructive relationships and advance the best ideas to make the world better. Through Axxess and Cavista Holdings, he is helping improve access to healthcare everywhere and creating tens of thousands of jobs in various industries.

He is the Founder and CEO of Axxess, the leading global home healthcare technology company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Cavista Holdings a diversified holding and investment company with interests in technology, agriculture, hospitality, fintech, energy and other sectors.

In 2020, John served as the youngest-ever Chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce’ board of directors. In 2022, he was appointed Vice Chair of the board of the Corporate Council on Africa, a business association which promotes trade and investment between the US and countries in Africa. He currently serves on the boards of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, Presidential Precinct, the Dallas Regional Chamber, and the Dallas Citizens Council.

John is a graduate of University of Texas at Dallas and in 2015 became the youngest person ever honored as a distinguished alumnus by the university. He currently co-chairs the capital campaign to raise $750 million to provide future opportunities for students at the school.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta is a Board member and Executive Director for Financial Services at Africa Finance Corporation. He is responsible for Treasury, Trade Finance, Syndication, Country Relations and Advisory lines of business within AFC.

Mr. Gupta has over 30 years’ experience in Investment Management, Private Equity and Corporate Finance. His forte has been to blend together global and indigenous corporates, financial investors, and governments to develop commercially viable businesses and development models that leave a sustainable impact on emerging economies.

Prior to joining AFC, Mr. Gupta was the Managing Partner of Emerging Markets Mergers and Acquisitions Center of Excellence at Ernst & Young. He has also been the Chief Executive Officer of Sanlam Investment Management Emerging Markets operations and a Founder & Managing Partner of Emerging Opportunity Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specializing in SME financing.

Mr. Gupta holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta, India and is an Alumnus of the Said Business School, University of Oxford, England and also an alumnus of the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India (FCA).

Sanjeev is a Board Member at various charitable and “not for profit organizations” globally. He is a member of the institute of Directors, United Kingdom.

Oluwabankole Falade is Flutterwave’s Chief Regulatory and Public Policy Officer with over 20 years of experience in law, regulatory affairs, government relations, and business development across financial and telecoms industries. Before joining Flutterwave, Bankole was the Director, Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations at IHS Towers. He also held key leadership roles at VISA and MTN, where he managed interactions with key government stakeholders and regulators in key markets across Africa. He supports Flutterwave’s vision by providing strategic oversight and government relations strategies.
