Q: Is there a fee to attend this concert?
A: This is a free concert available to registrants of the US-Africa Business Summit. Tickets must be reserved by registering for the event here.

 

Q: Will transportation be provided to the concert? 
A: Attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the venue. Driving or ride share (Uber, Lyft) is recommended. For safety reasons, it is not recommended that you walk to the venue.

Venue Information
Alcohol: South Side Ballroom offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.

Bag Policy: The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

 

Credit/Debit Cards: All major credit cards and cash are accepted.

Food: While a full selection of popular beer, wine and liquors are available for purchase, no food service will be available. However, you are able to purchase food from the Jack Daniel’s Saloon to bring inside the South Side Ballroom with a valid ticket.

Parking: Pull into the venue’s parking area and an onsite attendant can direct you to General Parking or VIP Parking. Credit cards are accepted.
