Channa Kurukulasuriya is Chevron’s country manager for Namibia, a position he
assumed in in 2022. He is responsible for Chevron’s upstream business in the country.
Channa has worked in Chevron for 27 years and has held roles in the downstream,
midstream, and upstream organizations. Channa has had resident assignments, largely
in Business Development and Commercial roles, in Sri Lanka, Singapore, United Arab
Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to joining Chevron, Channa
worked in Investment Banking.
In his most recent role, Channa was the country manager for Suriname, responsible for
Chevron’s upstream operations in the Country.
