Othmane Kotari based in Casablanca, Morocco, is Managing Director of Metis Investment Partners a global independent investment bank. He advises investor in Morocco and all over the continent. He is a Senior Advisor at Albright Stonebridge Group where he advises clients on investment and growth strategy in Morocco and across North Africa. Mr. Kotari brings over a 18 years of investment experience in the region.

Mr. Kotari previously served as Managing Director for the investment department at the Moroccan Investment Development Agency. During his time with the agency, he worked to attract foreign direct investment across a range of sectors and advised the Moroccan government on investment policy and strategy.

Prior to MIDA, Mr. Kotari spent more than a decade in investment banking in Paris and New York where he was the head of an M&A team at Deutsche Bank, originating and executing mergers and acquisitions advisory mandates across EMEA region

Mr. Kotari holds an M.I.B from Paris Dauphine University and an M.Sc. from the Institut d’Études Politique and attended Columbia Business School in New York. He is fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
