Dr. Frannie Léautier is Senior Partner and CEO of SouthBridge Investments. She was Senior Vice President African Development Bank (AfDB) and Chief Operating Officer Trade and Development Bank (TDB). She serves on the board of UN Foundation, Orca Energy Group, Norsad Capital, CFAO, Les Eaux Minérales d’Oulmes, and FSD Africa. She was co-Chair on World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Agenda Councils, previously on board of African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), Institute for Security Studies (ISS), King Badouin Foundation US (KBFUS), Nelson Mandela Institute for Science and Technology (NM-AIST), and African Risk Capacity Ltd. She has authored several books and was distinguished professor at Sciences Po Paris. She earned a Masters and PhD in engineering from MIT, and doctorate in Law from Lancaster University.
