Jessica Naga is a FinTech barrister and entrepreneur, and the Group CEO of the MINDEX Group — a Mauritius-headquartered pioneer in digital financial infrastructure.

The MINDEX Group comprises two landmark entities: MINDEX Digital Custodian Limited, the first licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider in Mauritius and the first regulated digital custodian on the African continent, and MINDEX Limited, the first digital securities exchange in Mauritius and the first in the world to receive 'Recognised Exchange' status from HMRC UK.

Jessica co-founded the Group with a clear mission: to close Africa's financial infrastructure gap through blockchain technology, enabling the creation, custody, and trading of digital assets — whether securities or otherwise — at scale.

Her leadership has earned widespread recognition. She was named laureate of Women In Africa 54 (WIA 54) in the digital sphere in 2020, and featured in the Innovate Finance 100 International Women in FinTech Power List in both 2021 and 2022. In 2024, she was awarded Most Innovative FinTech CEO by APAC Insider Magazine, and in January 2025, was recognised as Crypto Infrastructure CEO of the Year for Africa
