Africa's digital economy is growing faster than the infrastructure and investment frameworks needed to support it — and closing that gap requires more than dialogue. It requires deals.
This invitation-only executive roundtable is designed to produce exactly that. Bringing together African digital economy ministers, senior U.S. and African technology executives, development finance institutions, fintech innovators, and digital infrastructure investors, this session is uniquely positioned to bridge public and private sector perspectives and move directly to action. The convening is structured not around presentations, but around concrete co-investment opportunities, specific partnership architectures, and the financing and regulatory commitments needed to scale trusted digital infrastructure across Africa and deepen U.S.-Africa digital trade flows.
The agenda will focus on three core questions: Where are the most compelling near-term investment opportunities in Africa's digital infrastructure? What public-private partnership structures are best positioned to attract and de-risk private capital at scale? And what policy and regulatory alignment between the United States and African governments is needed to accelerate deployment? Participants will leave with a clearer picture of the deals that can be done — and the commitments needed to do them.
