The Opening Plenary will set the foundation for and reflect the theme of the Summit, articulating a partnership-driven vision for advancing new frontiers in U.S.-Africa prosperity — with a focus on increased investment in strategic infrastructure, energy systems, digital ecosystems, critical minerals and other industrial value chains. At a time of global supply chain reconfiguration, Africa is central to global growth. This plenary presents the United States and Africa as strategic economic partners, aligning African leadership, U.S. policy, and private capital to unlock trade-led growth, investment at scale, and shared prosperity.
