Important Note: Please use Omni Dallas Hotel as your MAIN ENTRANCE to access HALL D of the Convention Center. As part of our security measures and standard protocols, we kindly request that you present your government-issued ID when picking up your name badge. Additionally, please ensure to have the QR code available for the badge pickup process. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Access via: Omni Dallas Hotel, 2nd Floor Skywalk (Bridge). 

  • From the Omni Dallas Hotel lobby, head left.
  • Look for the escalators leading to the 2nd-floor Skywalk (Bridge).
  • Take the escalators to the Skywalk.
  • Follow the Skywalk to HALL D, 2nd floor, D Upper Lobby Entrance.
  • This entrance leads to Registration/Entrance to the Summit in HALL D of Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas.

Q: What is the temperature like in May in Dallas, Texas?
A: In Dallas, Texas, May typically brings warm temperatures as summer approaches. Average highs range from the upper 70s to the low 80s Fahrenheit (around 25-28 degrees Celsius), while average lows are usually in the upper 50s to low 60s Fahrenheit (around 15-17 degrees Celsius). However, it's always a good idea to check a reliable weather forecast closer to the date of the Summit, as temperatures can vary from year to year.

The Summit will take place May 7, 8, and 9 in HALL D of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD), located at 650 S Griffin St, Dallas, TX 75202.

Q: How far is the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center from the airport and what type of transportation is available?
A: Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) and taxis are the preferred transportation options. 
Dallas-Ft Worth International Airport (DFW) is 20.5 miles from the KBHCCD. DART has convenient and economical ways to travel between DFW Airport and downtown Dallas – DART (Dallas Area Regional Transit) Rail Orange Line, the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) commuter rail and DART bus route 408. Dallas Love Field International Airport (DAL) is 7.8 miles from the KBHCCD. Your link between DART Light Rail’s Orange and Green Lines and the Love Field Terminal is Bus Route 524 (Love Link) that operates between Dallas Love Field and the Inwood/Love Field Station. Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) and taxis are again the preferred transportation options. Q: Will medical services be available at the Summit in case of an emergency?
A: Medcor EMS will provide emergency medical services to all the attendees only while at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, the Summit venue. 
     However, the following must be noted:

  • Ambulance transportation to either county or private healthcare facilities will be for the account of the patient/attendee;
  • Hospitalization at either a county or private healthcare facility will be for the account of the patient/attendee;
  • As with all international travel, it is strongly advised that attendees are adequately covered by international health insurance for the duration of their stay in the United States; and
  • Guests are further advised to bring along their own prescription medications.  Should prescription medication be required, it will be up to the patient/attendee to purchase those at a pharmacy of their choosing at the cost of the attendee.

Q: What is the currency and exchange rates?
A: For the latest exchange rates, attendees are requested to use the “market indicators” for information. Automatic teller machines accept foreign and major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Please check your Bank's website for Banking hours.

Q: What are the Things to do, shopping and business hours in Dallas?
A: Offices and businesses are generally open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.  Opening times on Saturdays and Sundays range between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
