  3. Media Center for Interviews:  We have set up a media center in the lobby of D Hall on the 2nd floor. This area will feature backdrops and highchairs for on-the-spot interviews, providing you with a convenient space to conduct interviews at your discretion.
  4. Press Conferences: There will be several press conferences held during the Summit featuring key speakers and addressing important topics. We encourage you to attend these press conferences to stay informed. Please refer to your welcome email for the link to the press conference schedule.
  5. Access: There will not be a dedicated press booth in the session rooms, however CCA is permitting video cameras and photography in the main plenary room. Please note that space constraints may limit camera setups in smaller breakout sessions. As we prioritize the comfort and safety of all attendees, please be aware that access may be restricted if we reach room capacity. Rest assured, press is welcome in all sessions unless specifically designated as closed-door/private sessions.
