Clay Neff is President of Chevron International Exploration and Production (E&P). He is responsible for Chevron’s E&P activities across Africa, Eurasia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Clay joined Chevron in 1985 and has held numerous leadership positions including: President of Chevron Middle East, Africa, South America Exploration and Production Company; Managing Director of the Nigeria/Mid-Africa business unit; Managing Director of Chevron’s Southern Africa business unit; and General Manager of Operations for the Gulf of Mexico business unit. Clay currently serves on the boards of the Council of the Americas, the Corporate Council on Africa, and the U.S.-Saudi Arabia Business Council.
