Cancer is one of the fastest growing diseases globally and Africa is no exception. By 2050, one in three cancer patients worldwide will be African. There is significant scope to improve health outcomes through early detection and diagnosis through broader access to diagnostics, training of frontline healthcare workers for early detection and early treatment access.
