Andronicca Masemola is the Chief Executive Officer for Barloworld-Equipment southern Africa.
She joined Barloworld Equipment eight years ago, and assumed key roles, including, Chief Operating Officer for two years, responsible for 11 countries across southern Africa as well as Executive Director: Finance for five years.
Prior to joining Barloworld-Equipment, Andronicca held the position of Barloworld Group Head of Internal Audit, where she led a team of internal auditors overseeing the Group Risk, Governance and Assurance activities in Southern Africa, Russia, Spain, Portugal & London. Andronicca has 27 years of working experience, which the last 14 years were as an executive covering financial management, corporate strategy, governance, risk and assurance.
She serves as a non-executive director and chairperson of Barloworld’s Bartrac Joint Venture.
Qualifications: CA (SA), BCompt, BCompt Honours/CTA, Postgraduate Diploma, Economic and Management Science.
