Alicia Eggington is the Vice President and General Manager for Procter and Gamble (P&G) South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia, leading market operations and investment decisions in and around the region. Alicia is a strong advocate for advancing gender equality and the proud Founder of the Australian Women’s Network at P&G. She strives to drive diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and a people-centric culture in all her work. She currently serves on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce. Outside work, she enjoys a thriving family life with her husband and three children

She is highly experienced in both Trade Marketing and Brand Management with her 14 years of experience at P&G and having completed her Business Honours at the University of Technology, Sydney. Her expertise is broad, having managed corporate sales strategy, modern trade, and eComm across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
