Mamadou Marcel Blondin Beye is regional general manager Corporate Affairs for International Exploration and Production's Middle East and Africa regions, based in London, a position he assumed on October 1, 2022. He is responsible for overseeing Chevron’s government, public affairs, social investment activities throughout Africa and the Middle East, and the company’s regional efforts to identify and initiate new business development opportunities.

Beye holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Montreal (HEC) and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Beye is fluent in Bambara, English, French and Portuguese.
