Johnathan Miller has had decades of experience as a consultant in the aviation field. He has advised Pan American World Airways, British Airways, American Airlines, United Airlines, FedEx, Cathay Pacific, Malaysian Airlines, Raytheon (Beechcraft), McDonnell Douglas, DynCorp and AAI.
Miller has advised clients on matters such as route approvals and landing rights, antitrust exemption, aircraft dispositions, hub negotiations, financing of a MRO. His aviation career has been in in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.
Miller has overseen the successful operation in southern Africa of the aviation charity Airborne Lifeline Foundation. Airborne -operating in Botswana, Malawi, and Zambia- has transported medical personnel and medical supplies to numerous remote medical facilities in the bush. Airborne continues to fly to this day on a scheduled basis.
In addition, to his aviation back ground, Mr. Miller has long history of involvement in international public policy, especially in Africa. He has served, among other assignments, as the Regional Director for Peace Corps Africa, a Senior Director in the U.S. National Security Council and as Deputy Assistant to President Reagan (overseeing all presidential travel, including the first Reagan-Gorbachev summit).
Miller received his AB from Duke University and a JD from the Louis Brandeis School of Law.
