Joseph is the Vice President & Chief Executive of Lockheed Martin Saudi Arabia/Africa. Joseph retired from the U.S. Army as a brigadier general in 2018. His basic branch was Military Intelligence and he is a Foreign Area Officer and was posted in five US Embassies across the Middle East. In his last posting in the Pentagon, he served as the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Middle East Policy for Secretary of Defense James Mattis. Early in his career Joseph was assigned and deployed with the 1st Infantry Division during Operation Desert Storm to Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Kuwait.
