Fanta Conde co-leads CrossBoundary’s West Africa Investment Advisory team. She has supported companies and investors across the region, in sectors including agriculture, agtech, waste management, water, and energy. She has recently led investment facilitation support in the Ghanian agriculture space, successfully closing transactions valued at $12M+. Fanta is leading CrossBoundary’s Ghana office opening and partnering with organizations to develop a program to improve access to capital for women and youth-led SMEs in agriculture. Prior to CrossBoundary, Fanta worked at BlackRock in New York. She started her career as an investment banking summer analyst at JP Morgan. Fanta holds an MBA from The Wharton School and BA in Finance from the City University of New York, Baruch College.
