She helps businesses across a range of sectors navigate the evolving global regulatory and best practice landscape surrounding the corporate responsibility to respect human rights and compliance with the ESG regulatory landscape.

Hannah has deep experience advising on: the development and implementation of global human rights and environmental due diligence and ethical sourcing compliance programmes, including in response to pressure from regulators, NGOs, and investors; compliance with ESG reporting requirements; BHR-related investigations; human rights due diligence in an M&A context; global risk assessments; workplace culture reviews; design of project-specific human rights frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies; policy engagement on BHR legislative files; assessment of downstream human rights risk; and conflict minerals and deforestation compliance.
