Terence is the Managing Partner of the commercial law firm Minchin & Kelly (Botswana), being an attorney with over 30 years experience, covering a variety of areas in corporate and commercial law. He currently heads the firm’s Real Estate department and works extensively with the commercial department on various transactions, particularly in the areas of mining and energy. He has sat on the boards of various companies and served as chair of the Botswana International Trade and Investment Centre (BITC).
