Craig Stoehr is General Counsel and Company Secretary at Yellow Card, where he oversees the legal, policy, compliance, and people functions. A former Latham & Watkins partner, he opened and managed the firm’s Qatar office, expanding its corporate practice across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. He has advised on more than $45 billion of M&A, IPOs, debt financings, and commercial transactions, including in over 30 African countries.
Craig previously served as General Counsel at a Qatar Investment Authority subsidiary and at the Dubai-based private equity arm of NCB Capital, and as Chief Corporate Officer and General Counsel of Thomas Cook Group plc. He has worked on transactions in over 70 countries.
Based in London, he is a senior advisor to TLG Capital and an arbitrator with the Qatar Sports Arbitration Foundation. A recipient of the British Legal Awards “General Counsel of the Year,” he holds a J.D. from Northwestern and is admitted to practice in New York.
